Default Hooking up two wireless routers + printer sharing

I have one G router, one N router, and one G wireless printer that support two laptops; one G and one N. I need to run each sub network for the laptops but share the printer. When I tried to run the N as N only the printer could not be seen by the router. Can my N printer data from the N laptop pass through the N router to the G router via the hardwire ethernet cable and then be broadcast by the G router to the printer?

Jack
