How to setup 2 networks with Linksys wrv210?

Hi.

I have the device wrv210, this one have the vlan feature, it supposes with his u can have more than 2 networks using this device.

I want to have net-1 192.168.10.x
net-2 10.0.8.x

This device will share 1 ISP, but I have read the manual but don't say how can I setup this setting I need.

I create the vlan them?

If someone have experience with please let me know I will appreciated a lot.
