Default I want to connect 2 routers together - But with a network switch - Possible?

I want to connect my 2nd router to my fios router, through a network switch. Would this be possible or do I have to connect the routers directly to eachother? Please advice. Thanks

Yes, that is workable. You don't say whether you want them on the same subnet or not.
