Linksys E4200 vs Netgear WNDR4500

My Wrt54g is dying on me so Im planning to get a new router.

Im currently deciding between the E4200 and WNDR4500. I like that both have USB ports, so I can connect my external hard drive, and my ps3 can connect to them. I'm just wondering which one has better over quality and reliability. Also which one works better for streaming movies and music to my ps3.

Also are the USB ports on the WNDR4500 USB 3.0? I noticed they are blue but it doesn't say anywhere that they are USB 3.0.
