Marina WiFi needed

I have a marina with docks on both sides of the water. The Marina stretchs out about 1700 feet/0.3 miles down the lake. I have the clubhouse about right in the middle of the docks. What is the best solution to reach internet to all of the docks? I want to spend under $1000 dollars, hopefully under $500. I was wondering if I maybe could just put a amplified antenna on the roof on the clubhouse? Let me know all your opinions!

keep in mind that the guy in the sailboat at the end with a laptop does not have an amplified antenna.

you need an enterprise grade solution. you need half a dozen APs with a common controller.

I'm guessing a mesh solution for this? Any Recommendations?

You need a high power AP like the EOC2611p with a high gain omni directional antenna.
