The company I work for is looking at upgrading our wireless infrastructure using Meraki Wireless gear. So far I really like what I’ve seen. I’m trying to do some due diligence here and discover any pitfalls I may encounter working with this company.
Has anyone had a bad experience with them?
How about any technological limitations of their gear that aren’t advertised?
How responsive is there support after the check has cleared?
Do any of their products use open source code? If so have they been respectful of the license?
