Something you might try, before you get drivers, is uninstalling the device. When you look it up in the hardware list, right click on it, go to properties, and delete it. Restart your computer, and itll try to find it and install it again.
If that doesn't work look up the card's model number. You can most likely find it on the card itself. Just open up your case and pull it out and take a look.
