Default Need help with connecting DVR to wireless network

Hello all
I have a DVR that has a regular connection on the back for CAT5 cable so it can be connected to the internet.

I have no way of getting cable to the DVR so I am hoping to find some kind of adapter that I can connect into the RJ45 socket and this adapter will then allow me to connect to my wireless network.

Does such an adapter exist? If so I would really appreciate it if you'd point me in the right direction.

Thanks
