Default Need loan of LMR400 crimp tool, and some plugs.

During the week between xmas and new years I want to get some wireless happening (finally) - I have sorted the enclosures etc out, but need to get plugs on the cables.

Does anyone have an LMR400 crimper I can borrow for a few days time?

Ok, its just at the moment, the omni is up the pole, and at the bottom the cable is just cut, as I took the RP-SMA off since i need a RP-TNC for the new AP, but have not gotten the plugs for it yet.

So you will have the 0.429" crimper in a week or so or am I mis-reading you?

Heh, I borrowed a crimper off someone elase, but the problem I have is that the N plug and adaptor wont fit in the case, so Im waiting on some lmr400 RP-TNCs to come from a guy on ebay, then I should be good to go. I also messed up crimping the N that I had because I lost too much shield when stripping it, so I think a cablestripper is in order.

I have to give this back soon, so if I can borrow yours+stripper in about a week it should be all good to go then

once I have the omni working again it will give people something to aim at.
