netgear - alcon - hyperlink

I can't find any info for my situation.

I have an AT&T router (Netgear) via ethernet to cpu;
an Alcon DC Injector (RJ45D1) via ethernet to router;
ODU cable to wireless solution (AAP24005G) at base of antenna;
then Hyperlink omni directional antenna (HG2415U-pro)

I had a netopia router. Don't know how but there were 2 wireless connections that were there, 1 stayed at the router and we used in the office, the other went up to the antenna on the roof and I logged onto it from home.

The netopia bit the dust and AT&T sent the Netgear. Now all I have is the wi-fi in the office. They can't/won't help.

How do I send the signal on an up???
