Netgear WNCE2001 bridge not passing IP address

I configured this bridge using an XP laptop. It will connect to the network (Ruckus, hidden SSID, WPA-2) and will receive an IP address. I can see the MAC of the bridge in the wireless controller with its IP. However, it will not pass DHCP or pass its IP to the laptop or any other device I have connected to it. I have run out of ideas as I have tried with 2 WNCE2001s with the same results. If I static the laptop on the network, it gets access to the Internet and the IP I static'd it at shows up in the Ruckus ZoneDirector. I need it to work without giving the device a static IP. Any ideas?
