You can put an RP-TNC connector on the pigtail from the biquad and skip the N connector. No need for additional connectors.
The antenna connects to the RP-TNC connectors on the router.
The WAN , AKA Internet connector takes the CAT5 cable from a DSL modem or Cable modem. It has a separate connector because it has a firewall between it and the other four LAN ports on your router. The wireless connection on an AP is on the same side of the firewall as the LAN ports.
If you have installed third party firmware on your router, making it a client, you are using the wireless side to connect to the internet. The wireless side connects directly to the LAN ports, so no firewall.
