please help: Senao card hell

I'm using a brand new Senao EUB 362 external usb wireless adapter. I tried installing the Senao client (horrible) as well as only installing the Senao adapter and using the windows client. Both times it connects to the ap at 54mbps yet allows no traffic to pass through. It worked for about 5 minutes while using the windows client then stopped. I have a dell internal card which i disabled before installing and while using the Senao card(as instructed in the manual). when I try to run the Senao diagnostic utility it does not detect the card.


If I disable the Senao card and use the Dell internal card everything works fine, so I'm pretty sure this is not a network issue.
