Portable antenna

Can anyone recommend a portable wireless antenna? I'd like to get something that will take up as little space as possible in my carry-on luggage. I've used this and I like it, but I'm wondering if there is anything more portable:

I think I should go with a directional antenna so I can point it at the access point.
