Default Questions about bandwidth and bridging

Hello all,

I have two questions and wanted to get some how to/advice on these subjects.

First, I work for a school system and we are going to be installing a couple of completely wireless computer labs over the summer. We already have a couple in place, but I wanted to know if there is any way or if there is a device that you can recommend that would increase bandwidth for every client. That is the problem we are currently having. If we have 30 students in the lab, everything is much slower obviously. Is there any way to increase this?

Secondly, bridging access points. We have currently been putting access points in places where they are needed in our schools. Our policy is to not give out WEP keys to our staff, so we connect them if we need to. The problem is, we want to bridge all of these in order to make sure that if the teacher leaves her classroom and needs to use her laptop down the hall, the next access point will take over without having the physically connect to it. I dont think it is as simple as copying the same settings for each access point because we have run into trouble when we have done that. We use strictly 3COM OfficeConnect 54 Mbps 11g Wireless Access Point
Part #: 3CRWE454G75-U in our school system, so all of them are exactly alike.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

jmr
