Recommend AP & Firewall

Looking for recommendations for an AP for an apartment complex. User count isn't that important... 25 seems to be the max.

They are currently using a D-Link DIR-655 with an external antenna which seems to be unreliable under heavy load.

Am looking for anything that includes some type of firewall & user QOS. Or, maybe an external device for QOS and firewalling.
