Default Router with Captive Portal Functionality

I am looking to create wireless hotspots in rental properties that I maintain but would prefer some kind of limitation on the access.

At minimum, I'd like to have users agree to terms before having internet access. If there were other options for a custom page, login, registration, etc. that would be great.

Are there any commercial wireless router products out there that have this functionality? I'd like to simplest, least maintenance solution possible. I've seen articles using open-source solutions you need to install on other routers, but would prefer to avoid this if possible.

The ruckus zondirector can create a captive portal with either a agree to terms page or authenticate the user thru the webbrowser it also manages the access points.

The system would be great for rental properties because you can manage and monitor all the remote sites via the zonedirector.

Default Wiwiz HotSpot Builder meets your needs

I think what you need is Captive Portal or An Hotspot with Web Authentication.

You can take a look at Wiwiz HotSpot Builder. It is a pretty good hotspot management system. And it is very easy to use. It also contains several ways of web authentication and billing. You can also push your messages to your customers after they connect to your hotspot.
