Default Setting up Wifi in a coffee shop.

I have been working in a coffee shop for a few years now. In the past year we have decided to start offering free wifi to paying customers. The problem is that we get a lot of people coming in and buying a small coffee and they'll sit down for three of four hours on their laptop. We're a small coffee shop with limited seating and we like to keep a steady flow of customers through the shop throughout the day. We're currently using a cheap Dell B 2.4ghz wireless router that gives me very limited control of the network. So I'm wondering is there any router out there that will allow me control how long each person who logs onto the network has to browse the internet? The ideal router would allow me to control how many minutes a computer can remain connected to the network. Id also like to be able to filter out certain computers from the time limit by MAC address too. I have a bit of computer and networking experience so my main problem is just finding the right hardware for our set up. Any input on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

if you have so many people using your wifi why not charging for it. the little you make from the wifi can help pay the internet bill.
