Ultimate Recreational Vehicle Solution?

In my motorhome, I am currently using an Engenius eub 362ext w/8db antenna. This works better than most solutions for connecting to weak signals. But, a lot of the time I still cannot get connected. What is better? Alfa 500mw AWUS036H? Engenius 400mw EOB 3220ext or EOB 600mw 3610ext? The EOB's are bridges/AP's rather than just plain old wireless adapters; will that work equally well or cause problems? Is there a better solution? I would like to help out other RVers too. Please help.

Yes there is. a lot depends on your antenna. I have on my motor home a Directional Yagie 16db, connected to a 500mW unit. Most of the time you are connecting to a home , which if lucky is 100mW and has a 3db antenna. The yagie will amplifly the weak sugnal comming in and work much better, and for transmitting back , you can reach up to 30km , but they can not reach you back, AMU-2405G-SMA---Zigwire
