Default Wifi Passthrough

Alright all,

I currently work for a place that is very old and therefore relies heavily on it's wireless network. What I am trying to do is make it so that the users can move anywhere in the building and not lose access. What should happen is the signal will get low at their current connected WAP, then they will be passed to the point with the most signal without a loss in connectivity. I wouldn't be worried about this however, it is pain to have to reconnect into Novell every time you move. Any ideas how to do this? Radius Server? Thanks for the help.

If you have multiple access points set up with the same SSID, clients should already roam somewhat seamlessly regarless of the security settings in use. I say 'somewhat' as it does appear to depend on the quality of access points and client cards being used.

Well WDS is an interesting thought though all of my points are hard wired and that isn't exactly the problem. But if I could use some form of a radius server (FreeRadius) then this would pass users from point to point? The SSID thing I know doesn't really work on our network. And if this helps we are using Proxim ap-4000 WAPs. Thanks all.
