Default wireless chipset instruction set

Hi! I'd like to measure the performance of wlan MIMO channel and at the moment I'm using an atlantis mimo card with railink 2600 chipset on board.
I want to control the chipset directly acessing its instruction set because the target is to control the bitrate output of che card.
Does anyone know how to do this?

thanks
