Wireless controler

I have recently installed and Alcatel-Lucent wireless controller with 16 AP's.
within the diagnostics of the unit a section called potential problems lists a number of headings.
[*]Low SNR[*]Low speed[*]Low goodput[*]High Noise Floor[*]High interference[/LIST]
i have had a lot of reports of devices dropping connection, i guess this has to do with the individual APs.

So i have a scale of what is acceptable what is an acceptable reading for the above , this will help me to gauge which AP's are causing me trouble.
