Default Wireless needed 500 feet away

House has DSL. From DSL modem to driveway is about 50 feet. That 50 feet includes three walls.

Down the driveway 500 feet is my wife's BNB. Guests need reliable wireless. I know I can add a high power modem (?) router (?) to get the signal there. How do I get it back?

You can try a repeater from Ruckus Wireless 2211 or you can use something like the Inscape Data SC54 wireless client bridge to try and "grab" the signal from the house. If you can't get the signal out of the house then I would recommend using an external omni antenna with a repeater or a wireless client.

Default Sample installation

I checked the bullet home site for a tutorial or installation sample but found nothing. I learn fast, but I need something to learn from. Do you (anyone?) know of a "bullet" tutorial or pictorial sample of a typical installation? Thanks in advance.

CAT5 from POE to antenna
Bullet connects to antenna N connector

I have convinced many people to buy these things, and every one of them tells other people how great they are. No, I am not involved in any way with Ubiquiti.

standard home router and bridge with 15 db antennas at each end would give you -39 db at the other end. 14 db patch AKA panel in the window at each end, facing each other.
