i want to start wireless internet service

My name is Lamin and i live in west africa i am thinking about doing a internet service provider business.
i plan to connect businesses and people who live in the remote villages .
i plan to provide wireless internet connection service for mobile phone users with WIFI not gsm and desktop laptops,ipods,ipads, etc in the rural and urban areas .
my country is a small country .Total area is 10,380km square kilometers
or 4,007 sq miles
I am seeking for advice which system is less expensive and will provide good internet service
what are the choices available to choose from.i would like links of equipment manufacturers that have complete solutions from main equipment installation to billing system intallation and programming and also teaching how to use all equipments and installation and end user products

there is no advice for me as how to start still .seems here is forum for users of wireless internet there are no service providers or people with knowledge how to start wireless internet business

You should start with calculating few things first such as bandwidth requirement for the estimated users, then you should know your backbone provider and calculate the cost. since your business is reselling the bandwidth.....then you need to estimate the cost of your core network, routers, monitoring and billing software etc, then you need to calculate the cost of base station
