Anyone live in Brooklyn? (or near)

I am thinking of a potentially great project (you might have seen it at PressF1).

I'm getting a fast cable connection (10Mbit) and sharing it between people I can get a wireless link with. I plan to start with five people (expect around 600KB/sec download speeds).

I am going to charge $36 per month for it. There is 2GB international traffic, and national is measured at 10%. IE, 1GB international + 10GB national, or 500MB international + 15GB national.

I'm distributing it via wireless, and I live on Ohiro Rd, just opposite Taft St.

I will be running a web server on it, and there's only one IP address, so until I hear back from Telstra to see if they will give and more IP addresses, assume that you won't be able to run a server on port 80, 25, 110, 20, 21, 42, 53, 3389, 6667, 4000, 6681, 6882, 6969.

Any other ports can be fowarded to a server if you want.
