I'm new here and hope to get some insight and advice into my problem.
I'm working in Windows XP. I've entered a contest that requires me to remotely view and control a worksite with an IP cam. Getting the image is easy enough; I can just use an Airlink SkyIP cam. But another requirement is that I need to create a 4 second delay on the video image that I am viewing.
I thought it would be simple enough to use a WAN emulation program and just configure a 4 second latency. Unfortunately it seems that a latency over 500 ms will cause the camera image to be delayed by 15 seconds or more.
What's going on here? Any suggestions on how to achieve my goal?
