Hi,

Since I've been a member of nzwireless, I have noticed the bad lag with the IRC network, now when I try connect today, it tells me that the server is unreachable. I would like to offer you the option of forwarding the domain to kiwi.blabber.net which is my NZ server on a network I have been on since the beginning times. This would mean a more stable and reliable connection and probably more services and interested people on the network.

I've never noticed a lag problem, always seems to be under 0.4 seconds, but i cant connect today though :P

I also can't connect but I've never noticed a lag problem. Just connect to irc.sydneywireless.com until irc.nzwireless.org is back up.

yea, it does seem to be down, i'll look into it

Thanks for the offer icepick, but the irc server is on a 10Mbit link, so it should be pretty reliable

that's irc.sydneywireless.com btw, not .org

Yeah. Someone kill -9'd the ircd today....grrr. Anyway, just use sydneywireless for now, cause I am going to be changing hosts for the IRC server soon.
