Default Which OS is the best for installing virtual box?

Hello,
I want to change my OS because I need to install virtual box. But I need an OS that is capable of "bonding" good with VB (away from ram). so what OS is the best suitable for virtual box? Thanks for any help.

I would definitely give priority in following order
- most stable OS like Solaris, Linux, window server series OSes
- Then the OS, which has all the drivers of that hardware
- Stability and performance of those driver on that OS.

Hi

Naturally, since this is fedora forum, most of us will probably suggest Fedora. It works well for me. You can get VirtualBox-OSE 3.0.10 (lacks USB support and some other random stuff that the closed-source one has) from rpm fusion, or you can install the rpm from the virtual box site and it works great.

Thanks
Have a nice time ahead.
