Receive and send signals through 2xwifi

HI there i am new here(so hope i did not miss thread).
What i want is to gain a wigi signal through one wifi adapter and to send it further with another wifi adapter, my OS is XP. Bridge connections does not help at all. IF i install WIfi program (Ralink UI) i am able to send signal (but i am not able to recieve signal wirelessly. If any one is informed about this please help. THanks
