Default Registry file missing

At the time of log on my system shows me message about missing some registry file. so what can I do with this problem? should I reinstall the system.
Please help me ASAP

I have reinstall my system just two days back. but now again facing the same problem. I am so frustrating now.

I found that the problem can't solve. so I have decide to solve this problem by reinstall the system. but new problem occur while reinstalling: my system beeping three times and it can't display anything. guys... what to do?

in some forum I was told that identify the beep code. so can any one told me how is it done?
