First try the default 00000000 (eight zeros) security code or the 1234 default pin Number.
If those fail,
I. Turn off phone, remove back cover, battery, and SIM card and start up phone WITHOUT SIM card.
II. On the Insert SIM screen enter *2767*3855#
The phone should saith E2P Custom Reset and turn itself off and back on to the Insert SIM screen,
III. Reassemble the phone back with the SIM CARD,battery, and back cover.
