Yea easy, setup the 2nd router as a repeater, this way it will either serve as another access point or, in your case, a switch to plug in for internet.
All you need to do is set the 2nd router to act as a repeater, and the 1st router to support repeaters. this should be in the settings area (sorry but do not own that particular model so cant tell you step-by-step instructions)
An issue you may encounter when you do get it setup is that windows may get confused with 2 AP's. If this happens use the 3rd party tools you got from D-Link as it can tell there is 1 main ap and the other only serving as a repeater. |
