Default Acquiring Network Address Problem with USB wifi

Hi guys this has been driving me crazy and i hope i can get some answers. I have a Linksys WUSB300N USB Wireless Network Adapter connected to my computer. I have installed the connection manager that comes with the adapter and it connects perfectly. Although when i see the microsoft connection i get the acquiring address time out error. I have other computers connected to this network which work fine. Its running XP with SP3. Thanks!!
