Another Networking Problem

Hello, jusk wanted to ask if it is possible.

I have a pc with a lan card connected to a non wireless router running winxp pro.
I recently bought a wlan card and installed to my pc.
I have a laptop also with a wlan card.
Can i have internet to my laptop via wireless?
If yes, how this is possible to be done?
I dont know how to set ip's gateways and dns.
My router's ip is 10.0.0.138
My pc is 10.0.0.1

When i tried to set everything automatically, ----> nothing happened (still no internet to my laptop) only to my pc because its connected to router via cable.

yes, adhoc mode and internet connection sharing.
Don't recommend it though. Suggest you simply get a wireless router, turn off DHCP and connect it to your LAN via one of the switch Ports.
This makes it a wireless bridge so your existing network will still hand out ip's be able to file share etc.

Be sure to run WPA security!
