Default Anyone using IP3 gateways still? MAC/Vista problems

Tried searching, and IP3 is apparently too short of a search criteria...

I can get into more detail (firmware, etc) if anyone actually has experienced any of this, we have a site with several DSLAMs and wired/wireless access via the DSLAM using an IP3 gateway.

MAC OS X machines and Vista boxes, often are able to obtain a proper IP address/network settings, however can't talk to the gateway. I have even configured static IPs on the MAC boxes, and still unable to talk to the gateway via PING.

Heading down there tomorrow (yet again!) to try and sort this out. Disabling IPv6 and several other things, only seem to work at random. From a guest room (this is a hotel installation) I am able to get on with XP but completely crippled with a MAC?!?

We are able to put people into a bypass filter so they don't ever have to authenticate, and even that doesn't seem to fix the issue. This is an SNMP environment and I don't see rogue DHCP servers, but first plan of action is going full VLAN.

The Windows vista icon size of the recently run programs list on the Start Menu is set to large by default. This is great if you like the large icons but it also cuts down on the number of recently run programs that can be displayed. Follow the steps below to give your Start Menu a cleaner look.
