If I butchered all of the above technical jargon, which I'm sure I did. I'll explain in the simplest way I can... I can access the hard drive via the IP in my browser to view/download files but am not able to upload any files, which is the goal/purpose of creating this thread.

EDIT: Proof that the hard drive is connected to the router just fine.

Stupid 5 post limit. | I'm assuming that you are a Windows system, so you need to select [COMPUTER] and look for the [Network] folder icon, select it and you should see something like [RT-N56U] listed which is the drive connected to the Asus RT-N56U. You may need to 'net share' the drive by doing the following:
In the Windows menu [run] box, enter '//RT-N56U' followed by the [enter] key.
The drive should now be available in [COMPUTER] and accessible in Windows Explorer. |
