Belkin 192.168.2.1 connection problem

Hi,

I have just replaced my Belkin router with F5D8635uk4A model. I have a strange problem. The router is working however I cannot access the web console - 192.168.2.1. Only when I power cycle I can access for a few minutes and then it just times out? I have checked the gateway, netmasks, etc.. they are set correctly. When I try to connect it just says unable to connect.

Has anyone else come across this problem before? I have contacted Belkin but the first line support were unable to help....
