Belkin Pre-N Lossing constant connection

I am using my Belking Pre-N router , and i have my pc connected with a wire and 3 more wireless.

THe problem is that the router will loss constantly connection with no apparent reason, it is definetely more obvious when i am running torrents. But still there i am limiting the max connections that will be allowed and having the max up/down to half of my capacity.
Still it shouldn't be doing it when i am not using torrent. I may be browsing the Internet and on the bottom right screen , the connection will keep on telling me that
"Internet Connection is now connected"

I know that this may not be extremely usefull, but ask me anything that may help around in what may be causing the problem or any solutions that you may thing.
( Just actually did it again , and i am not even downloading/uploading anything )
