Belkin Router F5D7231-4 v3000 with Netgear WGPS606
I am trying to set up a Netgear WGPS606 (Netgear calls it a wireless print server) as a wireless bridge. My primary router is Belkin F5D7231-4 v3000. The router supports wireless bridging. I've enabled it and disabled the option to allow only specific access points to connect (any AP can connect to it). I've also got WPA-PSK (TKIP) encryption set up on the Belkin.
For the Netgear, I first tried following the instructions provided in the Netgear WGPS606 user manual where they ask you to run their setup program, which actually sets it up to connect to your primary router. That didn't work so I reset the wireless bridge to factory default and logged in using its IP address. Belkin is at address 192.168.5.1 and has a DHCP range of 192.168.5.2 to .100. I set Netgear's IP to 192.168.5.103 and configured the wireless options to connect to Belkin. After this, if I connect a PC (using ethernet) to Netgear, I can't access the Internet. I tried to ping the Belkin router from the PC connected to Netgear and that works fine but I can't get the Internet to work.
I've tried searching for info on this and tried any steps I found but still haven't been able to get this working. I also tried this by disabling wireless security but I got the same results. Any help will be appreciated.
