Belkin Update Drivers PLZ HELP!

Hey guys,

I recently began having trouble with my belkin router, its a F5D7230-4 version 1444, and what i find wierd is that the F5D7230-4 on the belkin website has a diff picture than the router i have, yet both are the same model. i think my dad uninstalled the driver for the router, as i cannot find it on the computer, and unfortunately i cannot find my cd for the router. I have seen many say to download the drivers, and I did, the only problem is that I dont know what to do after, they download as a .bin file and then ask me to open it them with a program, but i dont know which program. THx for any feedback i get in advance.
