Belkin wireless keeps kicking offline

I've had my Belkin router for a year or so now and I've had continuous issues when my daughter logs into the network. She moved away to college for most of this year and there were virtually no logoffs. She just moved back home for the summer and the logoff issues started right back again. I've talk with Belkin many times and they can't figure it out and they want to blame SBC/ATT and I've talked with them too, but still no answers.

Are you and your daughter using the same computer? If not, is her computer the only one experiencing this problem? If it is the same computer, is it only happening when she's on certain websites? Is it happening when she's downloading large files or streaming video/music? In rare cases, depending on the area you live in, some ISPs will limit your bandwidth if they detect a huge surge.
