Default Briding Connections

Please excuse me if this is a bit confusing, I'm not exactly a professional in this kinda of area...

Alright, so I had a Wireless G network set up in my house. One computer I have that connects from a Wireless USB adapter has my Direct TV HD box hooked up with a Ethernet wire. I was able to bridge my Wireless connection on the computer with the wired Ethernet cable to my Direct TV box so I could use the On Demand feature, as well as TVersity.

Everything was working fine on it until I've upgraded my network to wireless N. Now when I try to bridge the wireless connection with the Ethernet cable connection, my wireless connection immediately disconnects and neither connection works.

This had happened when I first set it up on my Wireless G network. I Googled this kind of problem for people who were trying to get TVersity on their Direct TV boxes to work (Link here: NerdIt.net Blog Archive Using Your Laptop to Connect to your HR20 or HR21 DirecTv Receiver for DOD Wirelessly).

I ran the 'netsh bridge set adapter 1 e' and that seemed to work perfectly, both connections would be enabled and work. Now that I have a new Wireless N USB adapter, it's not working.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
