Can run torrents, but not to net, unless w/torpark

This is bizarre and I'm not entirely sure what's going on.

My wifi internet connection is acting odd. I am able to connect with Bitcomet and download at full speed like normal, but sometimes I will try to fire up Firefox and cannot connect to the internet.

Today (a few minutes ago) I couldn't get FF or IE to connect, but when I launched Torpark I could establish internet access with no troubles.

Trillian and the gmail notifier still cannot connect (at least not fully, in the case of Trill) to the net all the while I am writing this post.
