Cannot get on the internet over my network

Just today, I cannot access the internet with my network. I can connect and to it fine and it shows I have a strong signal, but nothing is working. I can connect to a neighbors unsecured network and I have no problems. I've unplugged the cable, modem, and router, but no change. Any solutions?

Turn off firewalls and encryption and try again.

If it works, turn each thing back on one at a time, and test.

I have had firewalls that never really "turned off" until they were completely uninstalled.

If it still doesn't work, try changing the wireless b/g settings on each device.
