Connot connect wirelesly with laptop.

Realtek RTL8102E is my network drive for my toshiba laptop. My router is SmartRG S4300N never heard of it before its the router my internet company i go through gave me.

Ok got this toshiba laptop a couple months ago. WestRiv is my internet provider and have not been able to connect wirelessy through that router but however I am able to connect with a ethernet cord. Midcontinent is the opposing company and I took this laptop over to my friends. He as a person he is has his router un-secured and I was able to connect to his router with no problem wirelessly.

Could it be that my laptop's wireless card is not compatible. I've updated it. I've even uninstalled and re-installed it several times. Anyone have any other ideas?
