Default Continuously “Acquiring Network Address"??

hi

i have this problem with my internet on my pc trying to connect to my at&t router ive searched but their seems to be multiple solutions to this issue

hoping somebody can point me in the right direction

Ps not really continuously it gives up after a good while and just a red x appears over the connection
