Default F5d7630uk4

i have bought a "belkin F5D7630UK4" and i'm having trouble connecting to the internet. i am using aol silver adsl. i have entered all the settings through lan to the router but it doesn't seem to connect(when i press the connect to the internet it doesn't do anything, just says not connect)

anything else i can do?

Check the status of the ADSL and PPP connections. If the ADSL says 'Showtime' or similar, that side of it is probably fine and the problem most likely lies with the PPP side of it, e.g. incorrect username or password, or PPP type.

If the ADSL status shows as down, make sure your line and connections are OK, and the ADSL side of things is set up correctly (e.g. VCI/VPI, mode, etc)

Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm not very familiar with Belkin routers.
