Default Help! Computer doesn't pick up wireless devices!?!

Recently I rebooted my computer due to a virus. Every thing ended up getting deleted and I had to reload a bunch of drivers and software. The computer I have it a Dell inspiron 1545, it has a wireless card built in.

You know you guys are a bunch of peices of *****! Seriously.... Do any of you even know anything about computers at all!?!? I hope one of you dousche bags bimmers ****in breaks down! Don't think I'm going to fix the damn thing. ****!
