I have an internet connection with the following settings (STATIC IP)Ip: 10.0.0.48, Gateway: 10.0.0.138, Dns1 213.131.65.20, Dns2 213.131.66.246. subnetmask 255.0.0.0 and I bought an access point (D link N150) and I want to make the connection wireless so that I can use The internet from My Laptop and cell phone , Is it possible and how can I accomplish that?

Buy a wireless router from staples, office depot, best buy, or wherever... Plug in cat5 cable and configure the WAN or internet port to those settings and set up the wireless settings... it should work... even though its weird that your ip address is lower then your gateway...
