Default Help! Laptop broadcasting a wireless network.

My laptop is broascasting a wireless network and i dont know how to stop it, i have searched google and found no answers. Everytime i view my available newtorks, this phantom network appears as an available network. How do i stop my laptop from broadcasting this? im at loss, i havent a clue how to stop it! its stressing me out!!

if it's seeing 'free public wifi' there is a cure. Google.
